A $500.00 non refundable deposit must be made via PAY-PAL within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Ebay members without PAY-PAL account, with “0” or negative feedback MUST contact us by phone during business hours prior to bidding. We reserve the right to cancel any bidder that failed to do so.Please be advised that our vehicles are advertized on other websites and may be sold at any time on our lot. Therefore we reserve the right to end any auction any time. The vehicle is considered available for sale until the proper deposit or any arrangements are made. If you are the winning bidder, who has not made a deposit or contacted us after the end of the auction you are not considered a buyer and the vehicle could be sold to other party or relisted. All sales must be completed within 7-days after the close of auction. For Out of State Buyers 30-Day Transit Tags are available for additional $75.00 In order to obtain this tag, you will need to provide a valid proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. All loans should be pre-approved before the end of the auction. PA residents must pay all applicable taxes and fees.
