DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle or risk a no-sale default.Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and
taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All
financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the
vehicle.
Deposits can be left via PayPal or Major Credit Card. We ONLY accept Certified or Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers as forms of payment. Please call if you have any questions.

OUT OF STATE SALES

and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the
vehicle will be registered. AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006 WE ARE REQUIRED TO
COLLECT 6% SALES TAX FROM RESIDENTS OF INDIANA, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA,
FLORIDA, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND WASHINGTON. YOU
WILL RECEIVE CREDIT WITH YOUR STATES DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR

OUT OF COUNTRY SALES

SHIPPING AND LOCAL VENUE
Bidder and Buyer hereby agree that the proper venue for
any and all legal proceedings arising from this transaction shall be
Lexington, KY.Vehicle is delivered FOB Lexington, KY, and
Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping and/or pickup of the
vehicle. Any and all damages occurring as a result of or during
transportation will be settled between the common carrier and the
buyer. Kar Smart will be held harmless by both of the aforementioned
