2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Hightop

Relisting this vehicle because previous buyer could not arrange financing.

Please make sure that you have your financing in place before bidding.

This vehicle was ordered as a highly optioned cargo van by the original owner. I purchased it around 2007 when it had 25K on it.

It came with the following factory options: 140" wheelbase, power windows & locks, premium seats w/lumbar support & heat for driver & passenger, duel heat and A/C front & rear, auxiliary ESPAR diesel fired heater, heated windshield for those frosty mornings, rain sensor intermittent wipers, traction control, 4 wheel disc brakes w/anti-lock, class III hitch. I'm sure I left out a few things.

It was then sent to Midway Specialty Vehicles for the office conversion. There, it was outfitted to be used as a mobile office. They installed a desk w/2 drawer file cabinet, overhead storage compartments, overhead lighting, overhead quad speakers, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player w/wireless headsets, 3000 watt power inverter, auxiliary battery w/isolator, 110v power outlets, built-in mini fridge & microwave oven, two highback passenger bucket seats w/seatbelts in the rear, insulated and fabic finished walls & ceiling, exterior ground effects running boards and front facia w/integrated fog lights, grill w/Mercedes logo, moon roof, carpeted and paded floor and much more.

Even with all these luxury features, this vehicle gets about 24 mpg and over 20 mpg with the A/C running. It also comes with two sets of tires mounted & balanced on rims (summer & winter).

For some reason, the vehice report lists a "body incident". This was the result of having lost the key. The vehicle was towed to the Dodge Dealer to have a new key programed. This cost the princly sum of $450.00. Why they listed it as a body incident I don't know. There has never been any body repairs to this vehicle by me or to my knowledge by the previous owner. It has the original paint. There are several rust spots on the vehicle but that's all. If addressed promtly, they can be easily repaired.

This vehicle sold new for over $45,000 plus the $18,000 conversion. It is a steal for the right person $18,995.00.

2. We require a deposit of $1000 within 2 business days after the end of auction. There is an immediate deposit of $500.00 on all vehicle which is non-refundable unless car is not as described. We accept credit cards, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks (must clear before release of vehicle). The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed.

3. Seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle thru pictures and written descriptions. It is on the buyer to verify the condition of the car. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, will not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, etc. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1000 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All winning bidders are require to pay a $249.00 documentation fee, a state inventory fee which is .001699% of the sale price, and a dealer administration fee of $125.00.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

 

 

Winning bid does not include tax or registration fees. Buyer is responsible for all local state, county, and city tax fees, as well as title / registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for above fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.  Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for “auto shippers”.

 

All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty. We have described the vehicle in its current condition to the best of our knowledge. It is the buyer’s obligation to fully inspect the vehicle before delivery. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ---------------------------  Winning bidder will pay sales taxes/registration/license plate fees in their local jurisdiction.  I will provide an "in-transit" license plate that is good for 30 days to allow the winning bidder time to get proper registration in their local jurisdiction.  There is no fee for the "in-transit" license plate.
