Our vehicles are exactly as described or you have no obligation to take delivery. If the vehicle can be shown to deviate significantly from the description in the eBay listing, we will offer to buy back the vehicle within 3 days, provided the vehicle is located within 200 miles of a Huffines Dealership and is in the same condition as at the time of sale. Additional fees (e.g., shipping) outside of the original transaction price will not be refunded. Please read our General Terms of Sale.

SELLER'S PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 non-refundable down payment within 48 hours of auction close. Remaining balance must be paid in full within 5 days of auction close. Seller accepts cash in person, certified checks, wire transfers from known financial institutions and third party financing. Personal checks may be accepted solely at the seller's discretion. Payments made by certified or personal checks, when approved, will be held up to 14 days to clear. Call for info on taxes and fees.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

By bidding and winning this auction you have entered into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. All bidders must have pre-approved financing in place PRIOR to bidding, or be able to pay cash for the vehicle. We do accept trade-ins on auction items. We will be happy to try and pre-approve you before bidding through our lending partners. Feel free to call us or just send an e-mail for a credit application. We're here to help!!

We accept Certified and Cashiers Checks and Funding Transfers in $US only.

Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable sales taxes in their home state. If necessary these taxes will be collected at time of contracting.

Buyer will be responsible for his own Licensing Requirements in State of residence.

Buyer can inspect vehicle at our premises 6 days a week, Monday thru Saturday. Unless stated otherwise all vehicles are sold 'As Is,' that is to say with no warranty. Remaining manufacturers coverage may exist or a service contract may be available.

Seller reserves the right to cancel your bid if you have any negative feedback that might prejudice your bid.

All sales are subject to Texas VIT Tax based at .002364 of purchase price. For example, the VIT for a $10,000 purchase is $23.64 ($10,000.00 x .002364).

We will contact the successful high bidder by phone or email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy.

Winning bidders must respond to us by telephone within 24 hours of auction closure to confirm your purchase or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer.

We are a full service retail dealership; As such we reserve the right to end this auction at any time if the vehicle sells. We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction early. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. We strongly suggest taking advantage of the 'Buy it Now' option if featured to avoid this possibility.

The sale must be completed within seven (7) days after the auction closes.

All funding must be received as soon as possible and within no more than 5 days of auction closure or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer.

All deliveries must be completed Monday through Saturday, 9am to 8pm Central Standard Time.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:

Royal Gate STL will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Up for Sale is a 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500 CDI Van. This model is the standard model, with the low top roof and short wheel base. Powered by a 2.7L Turbo Charged 5 Cylinder diesel Mercedes Benz engine that runs excellent, idles perfectly, and mated with a 5 speed automatic Mercedes Benz Transmission, that shifts perfectly through the gears; the transmission also has the tip-tronic feature. Interior is good, it has power windows and locks, Cd/AM/FM player. It has 155,926 miles on it, which for this type of van, all enthusiasts who know these vans know that 155k miles on it means nothing to these engines. Designed to be a Work van, it truly lived up to its name. Legally, this is a ¾ ton van, but it can easily haul one full ton in the rear. It has great Fuel Economy at 26 mpg highway and 18 mpg City. It also has a taller ride height than its longer wheel base versions. Tires, brakes, and suspension is all great. Engine and transmission both operating perfectly and at peak efficiency. Interior is good. Exterior has some minor dents and scratches and has some small parts of rust on the body but not on the frame (We are in New England, every car has a little rust on it.) Overall a great working van for tradesmen, or other people who need a dependable and reliable work van that they can buy and know that it will give them great performance, great fuel economy, and get the job done, no matter what the needs be. This is our baby, our show truck for the past five years.  We love Sprinters for what they can do and the reliability they afford us.  This one has been our best.  We purchased and created this Sprinter to showcase our high line of contractor tools and built it up to represent the strength and durability of our products in an enviorment that was contractor, classy and rugged.  This van has always impressed our clients and we cared for it as we do our own success.  The mileage is highway, touring the Midwest and East coast in style and it always stayed indoors at every convention we exhibited in.

Issues:

3 dime size rust marks (we always stayed on top of any)3 cart dings from convention loading.Check engine light sometimes on - no worries. Its a sensor on 1 glow plug and no need to replace, comes on and then goes off over the past 50k miles.  Doesnt affect anything.Some scuffs on diamond plate cargo bins

We are a tool manufacturing company and like our tools, we have to keep a current look about us.  This is a fantastic Sprinter but our market demands a more current look so we have purchased a 2013 to replace this one.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with this Sprinter and as ive said, its my favorite over the others we own.  I only hope the new one is as reliable as this one has been to us.  I am very confident in this Sprinter and it will make a wonderful contractor van for the next owner.  I will even throw in some tools as a bonus.  You'll have to find them though 🙂

There are some extras that can be included with this van if it meets our reasonable selling price.  if not, the new owner can make an offer on them or we will use them on our other T1N's that we have.
