The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle or risk a no-sale default.Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and
taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All
financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the
vehicle.
Deposits can be left via PayPal or Major Credit Card. We ONLY accept Certified or Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers as forms of payment. Please call if you have any questions.

Besides some normal age related cosmetic imperfections, overall, the truck is in good, well
preserved shape! Has never
been wrecked, flooded, or had any major damage in its history and qualifies

Inside the cab everything is clean and looks neat -  light wear, no damage, no
rips or tears - very clean! 
Also, this a non-smoker vehicle, free of cigarette or any
other odor. The cargo area is also clean - in fair condition, not

Being a company vehicle this truck received regular maintenance and mechanically appears to
have no problems. Recently serviced and safety checked  up - brakes, drivetrain

engine starts easily, sounds great and has no leaks, smoking,

Temporary Transit Tags are
available through the state of PA for $25, which will provide valid registration
for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, you
must provide current proof of insurance and a driver's
license.

The title is guaranteed to be free and
clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title.

The acceptable methods of payment are
Bank Wire Transfer, Bank Money Order, Certified/Cashier's check, Finance Company
Loan Check or Cash in person. We do not offer financing.

Due to vehicle reconditioning expenses,
advertising charges and increased cost of other services we require
additional $60 fee be added on the final price.
 
Shipping sources can be found on the internet, eBay

 *Due to being a small operation and small profit margins, we must keep the cash flow going to purchase more vehicles to sell and absolutely cannot afford to have unpaid vehicles sitting on our lot for more than 7 days (5 Business days), so with that being said we'll move on to the payment process. 1.When an auction is won (buy it now as well), a $500.00 USD deposit through Paypal is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. This deposit secures the vehicle for you, and is a NON REFUNDABLE, GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT. This assures us that you are a serious buyer and are not just drunk on a saturday night or your child has accidently bought the vehicle. This is a business we are running and we are trying to help you save money, so help us by cooperating with our terms and conditions. If you get here to pick the vehicle up and it is nothing like we've desbribed or completely different than the pictures you may be eligable to get your deposit back, but this is solely at the descretion of the SELLER, this does not mean that if you see a scratch on the truck that our camera did not pick up that you are getting your money back, you have to understand that a camera is not going to pick every minor blemish on a vehicle, but at the same time you cannot go into Walmart and ask for a camera that takes horrible pictures, they don't make those. With all this being said, I do take pictures of all exterior panels (fenders, hoods, tailgate, etc.), all glass (windows, mirrors, windshield, etc.), underneath the vehicle (to show rust or if anything is missing), Under the hood (to show motor size and if anything is missing), and The interior (Carpet/flooring, headliner, dash, seats, gauges to show if any warning lights may be on, etc.) and I do this because I do not want anything to be a surprise when you get here. I don't like people wasting my time, so I don't want to waste anybody elses time by misrepresenting a vehicle. So we're clear on payments: 1. Deposit of $500.00 USD is due within 24 hours of auction end. 2. *Picking up your vehicle or shipping:

If you are picking up your vehicle and are flying into JIA (JAX)*Jacksonville International Airport* we would be more than happy to give you a lift back to our facility at no charge, we are about 25 minutes from the airport so giving us your flight info is crutial in you not having to wait on us. We will track your flight to see if your flight is on time, so do not worry if your flight is delayed, we will know when you are arriving. Also, please be sure that you schedule your flight at a time that fits our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM & Saturdays 9AM-3PM). Scheduling your flight an hour or 2 before we close is the best idea, just in case of any traffic or flight delays, morning flights are the way to go. When you pick up your vehicle we will assign your vehicle with a Temporary tag that is good for 30 Days, this is so you can have time to register the vehicle and have time to get your hard plate or transfer your tag, we do not do tagwork outside of Florida.

 *Shipping:

 If you are shipping your vehicle, we can get you quotes within a couple of minutes we just need your City/State/Zip Code. Shipping includes from our front door to your front door and will be fully insured by the transport company. We ship vehicles out on a regular basis; as a matter of fact we ship about 75%of our sales all over the country and have not had an issue yet. The vehicle will be shipped once the vehicle has been paid for in full and the shipping time depends on the type of vehicle you purchased and your location, of course if your farther it is going to take a couple extra days so please be patient. If you are a Florida resident with a Florida Drivers license you must pay Florida sales tax (6%) along with your county surtax (ex.- DUVAL is 1% or $50 max), Please call us to figure out your county surtax. Also, if you are a Florida resident we must do your tagwork and titlework; Tag transfers, new tags, etc.

  Out of state buyers, it's a little easier, You pay the $299 Dealer fee and if you are picking up the vehicle we give you a temp tag for 30 days for $5.95. As far as taxes goes, you pay those when you get back to your home state. Please call us if you have any questions.

In the state of Florida, most titles to motor vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In most cases, there is a delay recieving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is being paid off. While we usually have the titles in our possesion at the time of closing, sometimes this may not be the case, and we are still waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida (you may call the Florida DMV to verify) and gurantee a clean and clear title on all of our vehicles, unless otherwise stated in our description. Titles will be expeditied via UPS as soon as the title is in our possession. We appreciate your patience.

Texas eTrucks, L.L.C.(“TeT”) accepts payment by personal or company checks, wire transfers, cashier’s checks and cash. TeT requires verification from TeT’s bank that the funds received are good prior to delivery of the vehicle. Verification of check and cashier’s checks can take up to 10 days, bank to bank wire transfer’s take 24hours, and cash needs to presented during banking hours(usually 9am to 4pm CSTM-F) to be counted and verified at our bank. Contact TeT if you require clarification with regard to payment methods accepted BEFORE YOU BID. If necessary, TeT will attempt to make reasonable accommodations regarding payment methods accepted ona case by case basis.

Delivery of Vehicles:

 

Vehicles will be made available for delivery to the purchaser only after TeT has verified that the funds used by the purchaser to pay for the vehicle are good. Once you have been advised that your vehicle is ready for delivery you may take advantage of the following delivery options:

 

Airport Pick-up:

 

Airport pickup is available from Houston Hobbyor Intercontinental Airport. Please call to schedule a pick up time beforebooking your flight. TeT will have a vehicle, or a taxi waiting to pick you upupon your arrival.  Airport pickup is available for a nominal fee. Airport pickup is available for free if the vehicle is purchased at the Buy It Now price.

 

              

 

 

Shipping:

 

Vehicle shipping is done by fully insured, DOT certified Professional Transporters that are registered with a third party contractor that verifies bonds and insurance requirements. We do not verify that information. The average delivery time is 7-10 days after payment is made. Please contact TeT with any questions or if you would like a shipping quote.

Holidays/MotherNature/Mechanical problems can cause delays in shipping that are beyond TeT’scontrol. TeT is not liable for ANY damage to the vehicle once the shipper takes delivery of the vehicle.  All shippers doa preload inspection and list any imperfections the vehicle had before takingdelivery of the vehicle. If the vehicle sustains any damage after the shipperhas taken delivery of the vehicle then you must file a claim with the shipper,not TeT.

 

With any pre-owned vehicle there will be imperfections due to normal wear. If Tet is of the opinion that there is an imperfection that is beyond normal wear it will be photographed and noted. If you have a particular concern about any aspect of the vehicle please contact us and request additional information about your area of concern before you bid on the vehicle.

 

All keys, floor mats,and owner’s manuals and other vehicles that accompanied the vehicle when it was delivered to TeT will be delivered to the purchaser. Not all vehicles will come with multiple keys, all floor mats or owner’s manuals. Please contact us to discuss exact details of any of our vehicles.

 

TeT provides numerous pictures of all vehicles that it advertises for sale and attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing said vehicles. TeT encourages potential purchasers to personally inspect or to employ a third party to inspect thevehicles. TeT will take any of its vehicles to a local dealership for inspection (at purchaser’s expense). Most inspections are $150 or less. All vehicles are sold "as is," “whereis.” TeT provides no warranty of any kind. TeT will transfer to the purchaser any warranty that is in place on the vehicle from the vehicle manufacturer or from a third party warranty company if such warranties are in place at the time the purchaser purchases the vehicle from TeT.  

 

Title and tax fees vary from state to state. Call your local tax office for rates.  All transactions are subject to our $295 eBay Fee and $100 Documentary Fee.

 

Fees and Payment Options:

 

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your successful bid or Buy It Now option and the balance owed is due within 7 days thereafter. If you fail to pay the $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours or fail to pay the balance owed within 7 days thereafter a $50.00 fee will be added to your balance for every day that the balance is late. The winning bidder is required to submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit immediately following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. 

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE

Buyer agrees to pay in full the remaining balance, including applicable fees and taxes, less deposit, within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. All funds must be received by Autos Direct Online prior to the release of the vehicle.

PAYMENT METHODS AND FINANCING

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Ohio residents will be required to pay Ohio state sales tax, registration, and title fees in accordance with their county of registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all city/ state/ county, taxes, title, and registration fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration.Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. Autos Direct Online is obligated by law to collect taxes for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachussetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington. These states are "reciprocating States," meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront, and the funds are then sent to the Department of Taxation on behalf of the buyer. Buyer then does not have to pay tax again when registering their vehicle. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. Autos Direct Online will collect any applicable taxes and fees for Ohio residents. Autos Direct Online will charge a $283.50 fee to all customers to cover the cost of paperwork preparation, overnight mailing costs, title transfers, and 30 day temporary tags. We cannot waive these fees, so please do not ask.

TERMS OF SALE

We require contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of auction close. Due to failure of the winning bidder to adhere to this policy, Autos Direct Online reserves the right to retract said vehicle purchase and make vehicle available for sale immediately. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

TITLING OF VEHICLE

Greetings and welcome to Valley

Auto Sport.  If you're tired of wasting tons of money at the fuel

pump to keep your work truck on the road, we have the perfect

solution.  We just purchased this 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Cargo Van

with a Mercedes-Benz Turbo Diesel and all the right options.  It can hauls

tons of tools and supplies and should get about twice the miles per

gallon compared to your current van or pick-up.  As usual,

WE'RE SELLING IT WITH NO RESERVE AND THE

BID STARTS AT $1.00!!!!  FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THOSE RESERVE AUCTIONS

AND TRY A TRUE AUCTION.  THIS TRUCK WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST

BIDDER........NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

   Most dealers would

list this truck with a hefty reserve, but not Valley Auto Sport.....we've

got the best merchandise and no reserves.  

Now for a few details.  This truck

was previously owned and serviced since new through Penske Truck Leasing. 

We're not sure exactly what it was used for, but with only 136k miles and

a history of fleet maintenance, it should have many miles yet to go. 

It has been

serviced regularly, maintained properly, and runs very well.  As you

can see in the pictures below, this is the 2500 series with a long

wheelbase and the high top roof.  If you are

at all familiar with the used truck market, you'll know that this is one

of the hottest vehicles on the market today.  With fuel prices as volatile

as they are, efficiency is once again on everyone's

mind.  We can't just sit at home and wait for the prices to recede,

so it just makes sense to drive the most efficient vehicle possible when

you go to work.  The Sprinters are extremely smooth to drive, have

good of power and

torque, and still have plenty of room in the cargo area for gear or tools

or deliveries.  The EPA estimates that this Mercedes Benz V6 Turbo Diesel should get somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-25 mpg

depending on how you drive and how much you are hauling.  How many gas powered normal cargo

vans can make that claim......NONE!!  In these days of rising

overhead and fuel prices, this truck just makes more sense.  Who

wouldn't want to DOUBLE or TRIPLE their fuel economy?  We think this configuration is hard to beat and you'd

be hard pressed to find a more functional truck...we buy every one we can

get our hands on. 

Reliability is also exceptional....we've seen

quite a few with 300k-400k miles that are still going strong!!

  It is the perfect size for all you plumbers,

electricians, carpenters, masons, mechanical contractors, carpet

installers, and on and

on.  It has room for all your "stuff", is easy to maneuver

in and out of job sites, and drives great down the road.  This one is

a blank slate, ready for bins or shelves or racks or whatever you

need.   With 154 Horsepower and an 8550 lb. GVW, you can load up the

back of the truck and still pull a trailer if necessary.  Normally a

5-year old work truck like this

would have quite a few more miles and exhibit more wear and tear. 

However, that's not the case with this one....it is in very nice condition

and has

good miles.  Mercedes Benz has been building these since

1995 overseas where they are extremely popular.  In 2001, they made

their way to the USA as a Freightliner and now a Dodge Sprinter.  It

didn't take long for them to catch on, and now you see them just about

everywhere.  They are very hot in the used market and difficult to

find, especially in decent condition.  The Sprinter is available in 2

different wheelbase lengths with ours being the 170"

version.  It also comes with the Hi-Top Roof that provides 72"

of headroom to stand up and walk around.  It is 68" wide in the

cargo area and has 14' of usable floor for cargo or supplies or

tools.  The visibility is superb and the on road manners

certainly have been influenced by Mercedes-Benz....in fact, many of the

interior features feel very similar to a "C" or "E"

class Benz!  It is a pleasure to

drive and comes with all the necessary interior features to keep you happy

behind the wheel.  It has Power Windows, Power Locks, Air Conditioning, and even Traction/Stability

Control.  Everything you need, nothing you don't.  The first owner has paid all of the initial depreciation hit, so you have

the opportunity to make a great buy on a great truck.  We're one of the top Commercial Truck

Sellers on eBay, so you can be confident you are dealing with a company

that knows their trucks. 

We have

Now for the condition report.  The

exterior is in very nice condition with no major damage to report. 

Of course you'll find some chips and scuffs and dings here and there, but

nothing a reasonable person wouldn't expect on a used work truck. 

There is a stone chip in the windshield, but it still passed inspection

just fine.  Overall it's

pretty clean and looks very nice.  The

interior is also in good condition with no holes or tears in the

upholstery and no real issues to report other than a couple missing

plastic buttons in the cab.  All of the interior features appear to function normally and

it drives very well.  Please keep in mind that we are

still selling it 100% AS-IS.  We are not aware of any issues, but

will not make any repairs if something develops after delivery.  You can drive it home

when the auction ends and put it to work making money the very next

day.  It is sitting on size 245/75 R-16 tires with about 40% tread life remaining

on the rear and 60% on the front.

  It

has a new PA State Safety sticker and just had a full PM service as

well. 

The original sticker price for this truck was

over $40,000 when new.

with proof of insurance from your agent or insurance company. 

Part of our qualification process is test

driving our vehicles.  Therefore, this vehicle may have a few more

miles than we list above.  We try to keep it within 100-200 miles of

the number shown above.

This van is CLEAN INSIDE and OUT. The FRONT BUCKET LEATHER SEATS and RUBBER MAT are in GREAT CONDITION and show LITTLE WEAR. The RUBBER MAT in the FRONT is in GREAT CONDITION. The RUBBER FLOORING in the Cargo Area shows some wear with some scratches and scuffs which are common and are nothing major. There is a scratch above the Sprinter emblem on the back door of the Van. The winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of the Auction end and make payment arrangements at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the balance is due within 3-5 days of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. All vehicles are sold free and clear with NO LIENS. Autocheck will show when a lien is issued but they never show when a lien is satisfied. A LICENSED DEALER CANNOT SELL A VEHICLE IF IT HAS A LIEN ON IT.

Financing

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. We accept cash in person, bank wire transfer (we prefer this method of payment) or cashiers check (clearance times on cashier checks vary from each banking facility).  Make sure if you are financing your purchase, that your financial institution accepts the year and mileage of this vehicle BEFORE bidding. PLEASE ARRANGE FINANCING PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Fees

There is a $200.00 paperwork fee (paperwork, temporary tag, postage, fed ex, airport transportation, etc.) added to the cost of every vehicle for ALL customers AND dealers.

As a licensed Florida dealer, we are required to process new tags or tag transfers for Florida residents. There is an additional charge for new tags or transfer of tags for Florida residents.

Receiving Your Vehicle

The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle. Please call us PRIOR to making your arrangements to pick up your vehicle so we may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you. If you are flying into sunny Florida, we are happy to provide private transportation in one of our lovely vehicles from the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport to our dealership.

Shipping

If you wish to have your vehicle shipped, please call us FIRST. We will help arrange shipping with our preferred shippers. We only use dependable transporters and we offer this service strictly as a courtesy for our customers.  We do not charge extra or receive compensation for this service. We want our customers to have the reliability they deserve for their new vehicle and it is our goal to make the shipping an easy process.

The average turn around time for the shipping of vehicles is approximately 2 full weeks from the day the transporter picks up the vehicle.  We will help schedule the pick up of your vehicle as soon as possible, but due to many circumstances beyond our control (weather, space availability, clearance of funds, etc.) times can vary. All vehicles being shipped Internationally will not be transported until the payment funds have cleared the bank (bank clearance of funds varies and can be anywhere from 3-12 business days).

International Shipping

Due to the overwhelming amount of shipping to Bremerhaven Germany, we have locked in some great rates from $1,800 - 2,100 for container shipped vehicles.  Call our international number 24 hours a day 001 + 954 422 2889 for arrangements on shipping our own inventory sales.

We have shipped approximately 200 vehicles to Canada this year and can assist you on your ebay purchase to Canada.  We offer free daytime running lights on most purchases....just ask!!  Call our Canadian hotline at 1 + 954 422 2889.
