DEPOSIT

The winning bidder is required to submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit immediately following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. 

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE

Buyer agrees to pay in full the remaining balance, including applicable fees and taxes, less deposit, within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. All funds must be received by Autos Direct Online prior to the release of the vehicle.

PAYMENT METHODS AND FINANCING

We may be able to assist with financing arrangements for your new vehicle. We have relationships with lenders who offer finance programs for most credit situations. If you are interested in finding out more regarding our finance options, please contact our Finance Director at 216-393-4604.

Autos Direct Online will also accept cash on delivery, certified check, bank wire-transfer, and third-party financing as payment methods for vehicles.

Please bid only AFTER you have obtained lender approval.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Ohio residents will be required to pay Ohio state sales tax, registration, and title fees in accordance with their county of registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all city/ state/ county, taxes, title, and registration fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration.Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. Autos Direct Online is obligated by law to collect taxes for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachussetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington. These states are "reciprocating States," meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront, and the funds are then sent to the Department of Taxation on behalf of the buyer. Buyer then does not have to pay tax again when registering their vehicle. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. Autos Direct Online will collect any applicable taxes and fees for Ohio residents. Autos Direct Online will charge a $283.50 fee to all customers to cover the cost of paperwork preparation, overnight mailing costs, title transfers, and 30 day temporary tags. We cannot waive these fees, so please do not ask.

TERMS OF SALE

We require contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of auction close. Due to failure of the winning bidder to adhere to this policy, Autos Direct Online reserves the right to retract said vehicle purchase and make vehicle available for sale immediately. When placing a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement to purchase the vehicle, provided you are the winning bidder.

Autos Direct Online does not recognize bid retractions within 24 hours of the auction close. Bidders must be 18 years or older. These additional flaws can include minor scratches, nicks, and minor blemishes. These imperfections will not detract from the overall appearance and value of the vehicle. We have taken every measure at our disposal to identify any mechanical defects in relation this vehicle and disclose them in our vehicle description and presentation. Please keep in mind that not all defects are readily apparent at time of arrival at our facility. We welcome all third party inspections. All third-party inspections are to be completed within 3 days of the date of deposit placement, and are to be completed at our facility during normal business hours. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

If you are considering having your vehicle shipped, please call us FIRST. We only use dependable transport companies and will arrange shipping with one of our preferred transporters as a courtesy for our clients.

The standard turn around time is 10 days from the time of full payment for the vehicle to arrive at the transport destination, although we always try to make sure the vehicle shows up as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us @ 216-393-4594 to discuss possible shipping arrangements. TITLING OF VEHICLE

 Up for sale we have a 1 Owner 2004 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Wheelbase 120". This van was a recent trade-in for a newer Van. The van is a 1 owner and it has never been into accidents so it has a clean carfax. Being a 1 owner van it has been very well maintained and taken care of. These 2.&L Diesel motors are very reliable and strong. The motor fires right up each time and it idles smooth delivering plenty of power and torque. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly thru all the gears with no issues. The outside body has been painted before because the body is so clean. The interior looks like new, it has been well cared for inside and it shows on the pictures as you can see. The van has the power windows, cd player (needs the code), cruise, a/c, and warm heat. Terms & Conditions

A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the total value of the auction. This fee includes a In-Transit Tag , notary services, messenger, and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included. Please don't bid if funds are not available at the time of bidding. 

Pennsylvania buyers must pay sales tax and tag fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states. 

 

If you are new to eBay you may not place a bid on our auctions UNLESS you do the following: Email us Your (FULL LEGAL NAME), (ADDRESS), AND (PHONE NUMBER).

 

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. I am the original owner of this 2006 Dodge Sprinter Passenger Van 140 WB Limousine. It was purchased from Tallahassee Dodge as a special order vehicle only one of two sold. The cargo volume in this Sprinter Van is amazing and it's a comfortable, versatile work van for any industry.  Nicely package with two bucket seats, cabin storage compartments, tow package, economical diesel engine and so much more! Vehicle Overview Initially assembled by Freightliner, the full-size Sprinter van adopted a Dodge nameplate in early 2003. The van now competes in a class with the Chevrolet Express, Ford Econoline Wagon and GMC Savana.
For 2007, Dodge made the Sprinter wider, taller and longer, added two new engines and increased cargo and towing capacity. Changes for 2008 are comparatively minor.
Designed specifically for commercial applications, this Sprinter is built on a 144 inch wheelbase. This Sprinter has a 65-inch-high roof and this Sprinter comes in 2500 (three-quarter-ton). Exterior A large grille incorporates the Dodge Ram logo. Sprinter rides on the 144 inche wheelbase, and is 233 inches long overall. The back doors open to the vehicle's full height and swing open 270 degrees. One-touch, triple-flash turn signals and wide-angle mirrors are standard.
Sprinters have an independent front suspension, rear leaf springs and power rack-and-pinion steering. Interior  Two people sit up front. Sprinters have a flat cargo floor and tapered rear wheel housings. Cargo volume is 127 cubic feet. Air conditioning is standard. This is a very nice 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500 High-Top Extended Length Cargo Van with the V6 CRD Diesel Engine and dual rear wheels. This vehicle is also equipped with power windows/door-locks/mirrors, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, and air conditioning. It also comes with both of the factory key/remotes with factory alarm system. This truck does not require a CDL license and can be operated by anyone with a regular driver license.

The exterior of this truck looks great with only some minor bumps or bruises. The interior has a nice durable composite floor deck with tie downs, which is bonded onto the steel deck. All of the rear doors open and lock fully. There are also lights in the box. The interior of the cab area is very clean and in great shape with very little wear. The seat, flooring and interior trim pieces are in great condition.

This Truck runs and drives well, and I believe it can be picked up and put to work immediately.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size.

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
