Clean, fully-loaded, and hard to find 2005 Sprinter 2500 158" SHC Diesel.  It runs and drives well!  The original "Arctic White" paint still shines and there aren't any major dents or dings to mention on the body.  The van is also free of any big scratches.  There are some circles of surface rust that's very common on these white colored Sprinters. The van is equipped with the hood protector and window ventshades. The gray cloth interior is in good condition as well.  The seats, floors, dashboard, and glass are all clean without mentionable wear.  The van is free of any smoke smells, burns, or marks on the interior.  All of the electronics are functioning properly. It includes a new stereo with video in, audio in (for iPods, phones, etc), and CD player. The stereo screen is removable and can accept video input from optional backup camera.This Freightliner Sprinter 2500 is fully-loaded!!- 2.7L 5-Cylinder Mercedes Turbo Diesel- Automatic Transmission with Tiptronic shifter- Ice Cold Air Conditioning - Power Windows, Locks, and Mirrors!- AM/FM/CD player with audio & video inputs- Rear Defrost- Keyless Entry- Traction Control- Cruise Control!- Dual Airbags- Full Partition with Closing DoorThis Sprinter runs and drives excellent.  The Mercedes Turbo Diesel starts very fast with no smoke and runs perfect.  It goes straight down the road with no shakes or pulls.  The brakes feel perfect and the front end is nice and tight.  The transmission shifts every time, however it does have the common 2nd-3rd gear flare up.  Every other gear shifts perfect everytime.Take this great opportunity to own a nicely equipped and clean '05 Sprinter 2500 Diesel.  I have the owners' manual set, the full size spare tire, jack, tools, and 4 keys/remotes.In the last ~12k miles I have had the following work done:- New sway-bar ends and bushings- New pilot bushing for transmission- New TURBO!! (July 2012)- New Intercooler hose (June 2012)- New front struts (Installed in Dec. 2012)- New rear tires (Installed in Dec. 2012)- Synthetic oil change (Dec. 2012)- New tie-rod ends and wheel alignment (Feb. 2013)- New glow plugs and control module (Feb. 2013)- New belts, tensioners, etc (Feb. 2013)- New crank sensor (Feb. 2013)Service has been done at local Prestige Mercedes dealership.I have over $17,000 into the vehicle and it can be yours for a lot less. I typically average 25-28 MPG and get around 650-700 miles per tank of diesel.I no longer need the van, I have a clean and clear title in hand and the van is ready to sell!!!

Balance of Payment Due …

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5-7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes …

Applicable fees are: (1) EVERY transaction requires an additional $20.00 seven-day Illinois drive-away permit fee and a $150.00 Illinois Documentary Fee Plus State Sales tax if applicable. (for Illinois residents and residents of tax reciprocal states with the state of Illinois, which include: Arizona (6.25%), California (6.25%), Florida (6.0%), Hawaii (4.0%), Indiana (6.25%), Massachusetts (6.25%), Michigan (6.0%), South Carolina (5.0%) or $300.00. Out of state buyers are responsible for ALL state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We will provide you with proper sales tax documentation showing proof of the taxes we collect for you.

Most vehicle titles are on hand and ready for delivery. Some vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In these cases, there may be a short delay in receiving the title and/or documents which can take 10-21 days from the time we pay the vehicle off. Car and Truck Outlet Inc. guarantees that all vehicle titles are “Free and Clear” with no liens or liabilities on them. While we usually have all titles in our possession at the time of delivery, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made via wire transfer or cashier's check, we will hold the titles for 5-10 business days or until ALL funds have cleared.Please call if you have any questions regarding our titling policy. We are able to assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 630-225-7488 for a FREE QUOTE or additional questions. The buyer is responsible for All shipping charges.  Car and Truck Outlet Inc only contracts you with fully bonded and insured transportation services that will deliver the vehicle to your door. We are not affiliated with any Transportation Company and we assume NO responsibility for damages that may incur after your vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. As a service to our clients, we can negotiate the shipping costs for you. You will pay for the shipping costs directly to the Transportation Company. Car and Truck Outlet Inc  only uses fully bonded and insured transportation services that will deliver the vehicle to your door. The transport usually takes about 1-3 days to set up. Autos Direct Online will also accept cash on delivery, certified check, bank wire-transfer, and third-party financing as payment methods for vehicles.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Ohio residents will be required to pay Ohio state sales tax, registration, and title fees in accordance with their county of registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all city/ state/ county, taxes, title, and registration fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration.Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. Autos Direct Online is obligated by law to collect taxes for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachussetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington. These states are "reciprocating States," meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront, and the funds are then sent to the Department of Taxation on behalf of the buyer. Buyer then does not have to pay tax again when registering their vehicle. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. Autos Direct Online will collect any applicable taxes and fees for Ohio residents. Autos Direct Online will charge a $283.50 fee to all customers to cover the cost of paperwork preparation, overnight mailing costs, title transfers, and 30 day temporary tags. We cannot waive these fees, so please do not ask.

TERMS OF SALE

We require contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of auction close. Due to failure of the winning bidder to adhere to this policy, Autos Direct Online reserves the right to retract said vehicle purchase and make vehicle available for sale immediately. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

TITLING OF VEHICLE

For sale we have a 1 Owner 2002 Freightliner Sprinter 2500. This Van was a recent trade-in and that is how we got it. The van is a 1 owner with no accidents and a clean carfax report that is attached with it. The van features the reliable 2.7L I5 Turbo Diesel engine. The motor fires right up, sounds solid, and very healthy. The turbo spools right up with no issues. The automatic transmission shifts very smooth as well with no delays and no issues. This van's are hard to find on this wheel base which is 120"! This van has been very well maintained and it needs just a new owner. The van is very clean inside out. The interior looks like new.
