The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

 

Payment of Balance Due

 

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

 

Additional Fees and Taxes

 

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

 

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 267-304-9531 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Fee and Tax Information:

A $80 Dealer Document Charge is applied to all sales.

Sales Tax and License is collected for all California Sales.

Out of State Buyers have several options on sales tax & licensing fees

1) Avoid CA sales tax and license by having the truck shipped to you, either via flatbed service or drive away, depending on overall height.  We have transportation companies for both services with competetive prices and superior service.

2) Avoid CA sales tax and license by taking delivery out of the state of California.  Many clients choose to "meet us in Las Vegas", becasue they can find cheap air fare and something to do while they are there. But you may choose any location out of CA. Las Vegas delivery about $600

3) Check reciprocity of sales tax.  Most states have a policy for posting sales tax paid in another state.  If you choose to drive your truck away we must collect California Sales Tax at a rate of 7.75%.  We will give you a one way trip permit to leave California at NO charge.  When you arrive home and go to register your truck they will credit the amount you paid here. However they will NOT give you the difference if what you paid is more than would be do, BUT they WILL charge you a difference do to your state.  You can easily check the policy by visiting your state's website for Department of Motor Vehicles or Department of Transportation and go to "Buying a Motor Vehicle out of state" or similar link.

DEPOSIT

The winning bidder is required to submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit immediately following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. 

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE

Buyer agrees to pay in full the remaining balance, including applicable fees and taxes, less deposit, within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. All funds must be received by Autos Direct Online prior to the release of the vehicle.

PAYMENT METHODS AND FINANCING

We may be able to assist with financing arrangements for your new vehicle. We have relationships with lenders who offer finance programs for most credit situations. If you are interested in finding out more regarding our finance options, please contact our Finance Director at 216-393-4604.

Autos Direct Online will also accept cash on delivery, certified check, bank wire-transfer, and third-party financing as payment methods for vehicles.

Please bid only AFTER you have obtained lender approval.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Ohio residents will be required to pay Ohio state sales tax, registration, and title fees in accordance with their county of registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all city/ state/ county, taxes, title, and registration fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration.Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. Autos Direct Online is obligated by law to collect taxes for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachussetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington. These states are "reciprocating States," meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront, and the funds are then sent to the Department of Taxation on behalf of the buyer. Buyer then does not have to pay tax again when registering their vehicle. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. Autos Direct Online will collect any applicable taxes and fees for Ohio residents. Autos Direct Online will charge a $283.50 fee to all customers to cover the cost of paperwork preparation, overnight mailing costs, title transfers, and 30 day temporary tags. We cannot waive these fees, so please do not ask.

TERMS OF SALE

We require contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of auction close. Due to failure of the winning bidder to adhere to this policy, Autos Direct Online reserves the right to retract said vehicle purchase and make vehicle available for sale immediately. When placing a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement to purchase the vehicle, provided you are the winning bidder.

Autos Direct Online does not recognize bid retractions within 24 hours of the auction close. Bidders must be 18 years or older. There may be additional flaws or defects that are not immediately recognized prior to this vehicle presentation. Buyer should expect nothing more than normal wear in correlation to the year of vehicle, taking into consideration miles accumulated by previous ownership, unless otherwise noted. These additional flaws can include minor scratches, nicks, and minor blemishes. These imperfections will not detract from the overall appearance and value of the vehicle. We have taken every measure at our disposal to identify any mechanical defects in relation this vehicle and disclose them in our vehicle description and presentation. Please keep in mind that not all defects are readily apparent at time of arrival at our facility. We welcome all third party inspections. All third-party inspections are to be completed within 3 days of the date of deposit placement, and are to be completed at our facility during normal business hours. Vehicle accessories such as manuals, CD magazines, remotes, floor mats, and cigarette lighters may be missing. Please ask our representative about these accessories prior to placing your bid. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

If you are considering having your vehicle shipped, please call us FIRST. We only use dependable transport companies and will arrange shipping with one of our preferred transporters as a courtesy for our clients.

TITLING OF VEHICLE

DEPOSIT

The winning bidder is required to submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit immediately following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. 

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE

Buyer agrees to pay in full the remaining balance, including applicable fees and taxes, less deposit, within 7 calendar days of the close of the auction. All funds must be received by Autos Direct Online prior to the release of the vehicle.

PAYMENT METHODS AND FINANCING

We may be able to assist with financing arrangements for your new vehicle. We have relationships with lenders who offer finance programs for most credit situations. If you are interested in finding out more regarding our finance options, please contact our Finance Director at 216-393-4604.

Autos Direct Online will also accept cash on delivery, certified check, bank wire-transfer, and third-party financing as payment methods for vehicles.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Ohio residents will be required to pay Ohio state sales tax, registration, and title fees in accordance with their county of registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all city/ state/ county, taxes, title, and registration fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration.Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. Autos Direct Online is obligated by law to collect taxes for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachussetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington. These states are "reciprocating States," meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront, and the funds are then sent to the Department of Taxation on behalf of the buyer. Buyer then does not have to pay tax again when registering their vehicle. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. Autos Direct Online will collect any applicable taxes and fees for Ohio residents. Autos Direct Online will charge a $283.50 fee to all customers to cover the cost of paperwork preparation, overnight mailing costs, title transfers, and 30 day temporary tags. We cannot waive these fees, so please do not ask.

TERMS OF SALE

We require contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of auction close. Due to failure of the winning bidder to adhere to this policy, Autos Direct Online reserves the right to retract said vehicle purchase and make vehicle available for sale immediately. When placing a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement to purchase the vehicle, provided you are the winning bidder.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

If you are considering having your vehicle shipped, please call us FIRST. We only use dependable transport companies and will arrange shipping with one of our preferred transporters as a courtesy for our clients.

The standard turn around time is 10 days from the time of full payment for the vehicle to arrive at the transport destination, although we always try to make sure the vehicle shows up as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us @ 216-393-4594 to discuss possible shipping arrangements. TITLING OF VEHICLE

This 2500 Dodge Sprinter Cargo Van has the Super High Ceiling, features the 2.7L Turbo Diesel. It has plenty of power and torque for all your needs. The automatic transmission does not delay. The suspension feels very tight and this truck drives really good down the road and rides very smooth. This truck was well maintained and well cared for. The outside body is in good shape, it has a few little imperfections, but nothing major. This inside is clean and very well kept. These Sprinter vans get excellent fuel mileage. Freightliner Sprinter VanThank you for looking at my auction. I have owned this van for three years and am the second owner. The first owner used the vehicle to deliver groceries in rural TN. As it has spent the majority of it's life in a southern climate it's in great shape. It has rarely seen salt, snow and inclement weather. I purchased the van from a dealer in Michigan with 171K on the odometer and converted into a camper/toy hauler for travel. It has taken me all over the country with many trouble free miles. The engine is a very reliable, very fuel efficient Mercedes diesel which returns an average of 22mpg. I have taken very good care of this van and replaced many worn out parts with OEM new ones as necessary. I have all the records of part and fluids purchased, but perform all of my own maintenance. The van is currently registered and inspected in Pennsylvania, but can be driven anywhere. As you can see from my maintenance log below the van is due for an oil change in about 1000 miles, I can perform that service for you or show you how to do it when you come to collect the vehicle. I use the recommended fluids for all services, but have switched to Delvac 5w40 motor oil at the advice of a Freightliner dealership (it meets the specifications described in the manual and is significantly cheaper than Mobil 1). Service to date:Replaced Water pump/gasket @186,064 on 10/26/2011Replaced muffler/catalytic converter @202,300 on 03/02/2012Change transmission and torque converter fluid @215,265 on 7/22/2012 (due in 45K)Engine oil change @230,131 miles on 11/20/2013 (due in 10K)Coolant flush @231,357 miles 12/19/2013Replaced lower radiator return hose and heater core return line at above mileageReplaced serpentine belt @237542Rotated tires @238496 (due in 10K)Replaced windshield wipers @238,881 on 4/13/2013For it's age the van is in great condition, but it is a ten year old vehicle so it's not perfect. The body is straight and the van drives extremely nicely on the road. Of note, the van has one small rust spot in front of the drivers side rear wheel well, two scratches on the body and some rock chips on the hood and two areas where the paint has been touched up on the passengers side. I believe at some point the sliding door and perhaps the passenger door have been repainted, however I did not perform this work. This vehicle will make an excellent choice and offer its next owner many more year/miles of dependable service. I have tried to document it's condition in the pictures, but feel free to ask any questions.
