It's our pictures that tell the real story. We pride ourselves on the quantity and the quality of the pictures we take, helping you make your very best decision. Be prepared, though. You'll see pictures of the good, the bad, and the ugly. We try to take pictures of things you'd look for. Things like any loose items; chains, straps, hooks, and such. Or like accessories in action; wheel lifts, liftgates, booms, etc. Remember, these are commercial trucks so expect character enhancing scratches, dings, decal impressions, scuffs, tears, discolorations, etc. You'll also see pictures of all of the tires so you can decide for yourself if you think they should be replaced.
Each truck we sell is checked through our service department prior to being offered. Our service department is more concerned with mechanical condition so sometimes sound systems, door handles, visors, dome lights, low tire pressure warning lights, power windows or locks or other inconsequential items do not work. If it's something we know about, we generally include it in the highlight section. (FYI-Most Dodge's will have cracked dashes. Most GM trucks will have "gnawed on" steering wheels and "lazy" headliners) Our customers would rather have a glove box that won't close over a mechanical issue.
We gladly give all the keys we have for each truck, but figure the only key will be for the ignition. Also, figure the fuel tank is empty, although it probably isn't. We'd rather under promise and over deliver than do the opposite. You'll thank us later!

Now that you know a bit about the truck, here's a quick look at who we are. Griffin Commercial Trucks is located just north of Raleigh. We're owned by Griffin Ford, a local Ford dealership that's been in operation since 1936. We are also a new UD Truck franchise. We mention this for 3 very important reasons for you:
First, it means we've earned the reputation, clout, and credentials to obtain trucks at a quality level and from sources that others can only dream about.
Second, it means we have sources available for financing and/or leasing for all sorts of situations. We can work out payment plans when others can't.
Third, it means our trucks are checked through our service department before they're offered for sale.
Our clients are important to us and it shows.
We proudly serve customers around the block and around the world!
Speaking of around the world, many of our customers choose flying into RDU International Airport and driving their truck home. If you prefer, we have sources for shipping trucks. For a ballpark idea of that cost, calculate mileage from where we are in Franklinton NC to where you are, and if you're more than 600 miles away, multiply by $3.90 (other factors like shorter distances, etc often make that figure higher).
We have a tremendous amount of experience in the commercial truck business. We do significant research on our prices. Our vehicles are priced FAIRLY, based on year, make, model, equipment, condition, and mileage. We've taken into account ALL the things you see in the pictures and description and have priced the vehicle accordingly. The only additional fee is $490. That helps defray the cost of servicing as well as taking care of overnighting documents, etc. (North Carolina titling will require applicable charges for taxes and tags.)
We feel our prices represent an incredible value for our customers no matter where they are. We understand that although you being where you are certainly affects the logistics, it doesn't change the value of the truck. We try to be flexible whenever possible and we are open to reasonable offers. We also take trades of every description.

$245 processing fee will be added to the total value of the auction. This fee includes a In-Transit Tag, notary services, messenger, and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included. Please don't bid if funds are not available at the time of bidding.
Pennsylvania buyers must pay sales tax and tag fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.

I'm helping my dad sell his van. We work together so I would be here to help show you it and he will be here when the transaction is ready to take place. For sale is a 2007 Dodge Sprinter, diesel van with very low mileage. These are nice because they don't require the use of diesel urea additive like a lot of the newer diesels. The van was bought new (windowless cargo van) and shortly thereafter a van conversion was done by El Kapitan in Huntington Beach, CA. The conversion included 4 captains chairs, the front 2 which swivel and the back 2 which can be removed for storage. The third row bench seat has a power recliner to allow it to a bed. All in leather upholstery. On the exterior they added an awning and Mercedes emblems.It also has limousine lighting, a large screen DVD player with wireless headphone capability. As well we just upgraded the front radio to a newer Pioneer AVIC-8100NEX, which has navigation, XM Radio and a backup camera.It also has dual batteries, both which are newer and still under warranty.We just installed 4 new factory Continental tires, which have less than 100 miles on them. All maintenance and oil changes where done, usually before they where do. As far as items that need mentioning: The rear most cargo door, passenger side, has a dent in it (approx 12" wide) I tried to photo it the best I could. The wheels are faded, like the paint was never good. The felt in the cargo are has some rips and stains, which I tried to photo the best I could. This is mostly from the bracketry that keeps the doors from swinging open.I'm pretty certain I've included everything. 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Turbo DIESEL. Van maintained with regular schedule and runs excellent. 3.0L Turbo DIESEL engine, motor is very healthy and fires right up with plenty of power and plenty of torque, automatic transmission shifts perfect thru out all the gears with no delays at all. The outside body is solid for its age and the cargo area is clean with a divider in the middle. The interior is clean and it has a Shelf on both sides.
