Payment of Balance Due

Offered for your consideration is this clean and very well maintained 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500 HC 140" WB cargo van with a turbo diesel and 139,689 original miles. The van is a carfax certified, ONE owner from virginia. It has never been wrecked or abused in any way. Bright white in color with grey cloth seats and grey interior. The body is straight and clean with only minor wear. The paint is in very nice condition with no fading. It does show chips on the hood and and some nicks and scratches from everyday usage wear. There is a small dent on the right side sliding door that is very minor. The bumpers are straight and clean with minimal wear. It has a factory chrome grille. All exterior lenses are in great shape. The wheels are factory painted steel spoke rims and come wrapped in matching firestone heavy duty radials showing 70% treadlife remaining. The interior of the van has been kept in nice, clean condition since new and shows only minor usage wear. The seats are in nice condition. The drivers has a small split on the side and a light stain in the bottom cushion. The cargo compartment is clean and offers a huge amount of cargo space. The flooring in the back shows normal wear.  The van comes equipped with power windows, power locks, power side mirrors, cruise control, dual front airbags, reclining front seats, abs brakes, traction control, am/fm/cassette stereo, air conditioning, sunvisors, power steering, drink holders, tachometer, owners manuals, large steel rear step bumper and so much more. Powered by a strong running 2.7 liter turbo diesel five cylinder engine, paired to a five speed automatic overdrive transmission that shifts smooth with no problems. The van is mechanically sound. It runs and drives outstanding. There are no issues with the vehicle of any type. It has been serviced and virginia state safety inspected. All miles are the original miles and the title is clean. First time listed: This is a clean, white, 2008 high top, 170 inch wheel base, one owner, Dodge Sprinter 2500 Cargo Van,  3.5L turbo gasoline 254HP with only 4699 miles. We bought it intending to convert it to a Sprinter Camper and are selling due to some recent health issues. We put in one row of extra Mercedes Benz seats(for 3 passengers), added a Sprinter 7500lb trailer hitch, and we had two large Sprinter (vented/awning)windows professionally installed. The only thing we ever towed was a light (1000lb) load for 150 miles when we moved this spring. The seats come out at the flip of a lever so this could be used as a cargo van with good light and ventilation, or you could continue the camper conversion. The vehicle was stored indoors in my father in law's shed until this summer. All of the low miles on this vehicle are highway with most of them on I-94 in Wisconsin. It is in like new condition without a scratch, nor has it ever had one. We liked the advantages of the gas powered turbo 3.5L engine. For a great professional review, engine comparison, pros and cons, and options list, google search "2008 Dodge Sprinter review Edmunds". I won't post it here due to length. What I like most about this vehicle is the Mercedes-Benz build quality, the power and zip of the 3.5L v-6, and the immense rear cargo room( at 6' 1", I can easily walk around w/o stooping at all).Regarding the price: I have about $36,000 in this vehicle. Edmunds.com value came in at $32,488 dealer and $30,386 private party value (if you want to check, enter 4699 miles and in outstanding condition with a tow hitch as an option. And I also have about $2000 in windows and seats that are not accounted for but I don't expect to recover those costs. So I simply looked at the Edmunds.com TMV private party price of $30,386.   Bid accordingly.   The warranty is almost up, 1 month left on a 36mo, 31000 mile factory warranty.   Email with any questions.Thank you for looking,Chad

The Dodge Sprinter was completely redesigned in 2007.  The previous-generation Sprinter's five-cylinder turbo-diesel engine was replaced by a more powerful turbo-diesel V6. The exterior has undergone evolutionary changes, but the interior has been brought into this decade with new Mercedes-Benz switchgear, larger rear windows and a tilt/telescoping steering column.

When a new van shows up, such as the 2007 Dodge Sprinter, it's a rare occasion. Although the last-generation Sprinter arrived in the U.S. in 2003, it had previously been sold around the world as a Mercedes-Benz since 1995. That vehicle was already a revolutionary step beyond its aged General Motors and Ford competition, and the new model increases that disparity even more.

The 2007 Dodge Sprinter's clear advantages are in the realms of driver comfort, cargo capacity and driving dynamics. Just a quick visual inspection of the Sprinter reveals how different it is. Its radically sloped front end, long wheelbase and tall body make it look like a good Beckham kick could knock it over, yet it's just as wide as the GM and Ford models, and handles more like a midsize SUV than a plumber's van.

One of our few complaints about the previous-generation Sprinter was its weak diesel inline-5 engine but, a new 3.0-liter diesel V6 is standard this year. The redesigned 2007 Dodge Sprinter is an appealing choice for many full-size van buyers. The Sprinter's quality construction make it an excellent choice in this segment, especially for commercial use or urban-based customers looking for the most maneuverable and fuel-efficient truck.

Standard with 16-inch steel wheels, a passenger-side sliding door, wide-angle mirrors, a tilt/telescoping steering column, automatic climate control and a CD player.

The 2007 Sprinter comes standard with a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel V6 making 154 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque with a five-speed automatic with an auto/manual mode. It gets fuel economy in the mid-20s, which is dramatically better than its competition.   Sprinter can tow 5,000 pounds.

All 2007 Dodge Sprinters come standard with stability control, traction control and antilock disc brakes. Dodge says that it's specifically tailored the Sprinter's stability control system to compensate for shifting cargo loads and the vehicle's tall center of gravity.

With the exception of the Dodge logo on its steering wheel, the Sprinter's interior is pretty much identical to the Mercedes-Benz version sold elsewhere in the world. Build quality is, therefore, far better than anything else in this class and actually superior to some other Dodge vehicles. Front seat styles with multiple adjustments ensure decent comfort, and overall ergonomics give the impression of driving an SUV instead of a gigantic van.

The Sprinter's in a class by itself when it comes to commercial vans offered by the Big 3. The 2007 model compared to last year's model, the new Sprinter has increases in width (two inches) and towing capacity (2,500 lbs.).  The  3.0L V6 diesel that produces 154 horsepower and 280 ft-lbs. of torque at 1,200 to 2,400 rpm, routed through a five-speed automatic.

This is a Dodge sprinter diesel van that I converted myself into a camper van RV. It has 42K on a rebuilt engine. Engine and tranny work fine, but does not run because the rear differential has gone out. It is was built by Mercedes and sold by Dodge. As for camping accessories, it has running water and sink with a 20 gallon water tank, a 3-burner range with a small oven, a Dometic fridge with freezer and a Westfalia fold out bed (bed came out of an old VW camper). There is a 20lb propane tank holder on the back door, but the propane hoses and connections have been removed since I do not want to sell it with my DIY propane set up. There are two 6 volt golf cart batteries for a second battery system and it is wired to charge off the alternator with a relay. Also comes with an inverter. The passenger seat has a plate that allows it to spin around. Also has a vent in the roof. Plenty of storage and nicely done interior with lots of wood paneling. It is insulated throughout. It could use a few touch ups on the interior, but it is mostly in great shape. Also could use side windows which I never got around to putting in. Engine runs fine, but has a little less power than it did before the rebuilt engine was put in. I have replaced the turbo and the EGR valve in the last year. Gas mileage is great for such a large vehicle and averages around 22 MPG on the highway. Michelin tires have less than 8k on them. There is some cosmetic paint
damage as the rear wheel and a few chips in the paint on the front (see
photos). For someone who wants to replace the differential, this is a great camper van.
